I'm giving this Honor since I came across a copy of _The Power of Now_ in a coffee-shop nearby where I live. I sat down to browse through it and ended up reading it cover-to-cover in 2 or 3 sittings, each sitting lasting as long as I was able to stay at the coffee-shop. As I read, I had a strong sense of clarity and calmness. I also began to apply the book's advice to keep some part of one's attention centered in one's body, as opposed to one's mind, which did seem to work to calm negative mental chatter. In gratitude for these things, I have decided to award the author an Honor.
